Procurement for supply of line tools plant equipment PPE items and AMI smart energy meters on FCS basis free delivery to consignee stores at Regional Store SEPCO Rohri and Larkana. Items include - rubber insulating gloves - rubber insulating sleeves - leather protective gloves - lineman working gloves - safety belts - lineman tool bags - side cutting pliers - lineman rain coats - rechargeable energy lights - beepers - testers - safety shoes in multiple sizes - screw wrenches - screw drivers - lineman knives - cuffing hoists - grip pulling conductors - grounding sets - D-operating rods - fiber glass ladders - personal safety proximity voltage detectors - tree trimmers - life saving chains - chain pulley blocks - hand lines - single phase AMI smart energy meters. Procurement for line T&P and PPE items shall be conducted under single stage two envelope procedure through least cost based selection while AMI meters shall be procured through single stage one envelope procedure under PPRA Rules. Bidders for AMI meters must be prequalified manufacturers with valid prototype approvals and registration with NTDC WAPDA PPMC or DISCO. All bidders must be registered with income tax and sales tax authorities and remain on Active Taxpayer List of FBR. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS v2.0 only along with scanned copy and original fixed bid security in favor of Chief Executive Officer SEPCO Sukkur. Bid validity shall remain for 120 days with bank instrument validity extending 28 additional days.
