Transportation And Erection Of Electrical Structures Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for transportation safe handling erection construction of foundations back filling of HT LT structures and HT LT PC spun poles from IESCO stores to work sites including fixing of stay rods earthing transformers collection loading unloading concreting and related works in Islamabad Attock Jand Pindi Gheb and Fateh Jang areas under IESCO jurisdiction. Procurement shall be conducted through single stage single envelope national competitive bidding procedure under PPRA Rules 2004 through EPADS 2.0. Eligible engineering firms including joint ventures must possess PEC registration with specialized codes EE-04 EE-05 and CE-10 along with FBR GST and PRA active status. Bid security amounting to 2% of BOQ cost in shape of CDR pay order or bank guarantee from scheduled bank must accompany bids. Firms must demonstrate financial capacity audited statements and experience in similar DISCO or government infrastructure works. Performance guarantee requirements shall apply after award.
