Construction And Renovation Building Works Tender Notice
Description
Construction renovation maintenance and repair works including maintenance and repair of Government Associate College Women Gawalmandi renovation and rehabilitation works at Government Queen Mary Girls College roof treatment and gutka removal improvement and renovation of residential houses and Jamia Masjid at GOR-V Faisal Town and construction of additional classrooms at Government Associate Colleges for Women Bilal Gunj Gulberg and Shadbagh Lahore. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS from contractors enlisted and renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category CE10. Bid security equal to 2% of estimated DNIT cost in shape of CDR Bank Draft or Cashier Cheque is mandatory and original instrument must be produced before closing time. Manual bids conditional tenders and bids without earnest money shall not be entertained. Technical and financial bids will be opened on 03-06-2026 at 11:30 AM at Commissioner Lahore Division office. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids under PPRA Rules.
