Construction Furnishing Cadet Mess Reception Block Tender Notice
Description
Pre-qualification invitation for construction and furnishing of Cadet Mess and Reception Block including provision of furniture, equipment and allied items for Cadet College Muzaffarabad AJ&K. The project has an estimated cost of PKR 184,601,444.78 and is open to constructors and joint ventures registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-4 and above with specialization code CE-10. Interested bidders are required to obtain username and login credentials from IT Section Office of Chief Engineer Building/PHE Muzaffarabad Block H DHQ Muzaffarabad for participation in the E-Bidding process. Applicants must have successfully completed at least two projects of similar nature each having value of PKR 129.000 million or more during the last five years. In case of joint venture each member must have completed one contract of prescribed value. Applications for pre-qualification must be uploaded in PDF format on the E-Bidding dashboard on or before 25-05-2026 at 11:00 AM and hard copies of signed and stamped applications along with required documents must be submitted within two days after opening of tender. Invitation to bid is expected to be issued by June 2026. The employer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid under Rule 33 of AJK PPRA Rules.
