Eligible bidders and firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 and above for FY 2025-26 may participate. Bidding documents may be obtained from Executive Engineer Education Engineering Cell Muzaffarabad and submitted at Sub Division Office Kotli upon payment of non-refundable fee of Rs.3500 along with written application, valid PEC registration, declaration of non-blacklisting and authority documents where applicable. Bid security in the form of CDR as specified for each package is mandatory. Bidding shall be conducted on MRS Punjab 1st Bi-Annual 2026 Above/Below basis. Contractors quoting bids more than 10 percent below estimated cost up to 20 percent below shall submit additional security equal to 7 percent of engineer estimate while bids exceeding 20 percent below shall provide additional security equal to the difference between submitted bid and estimated cost. Contractors must submit one original and two copies of bids with rates written in words and figures up to two decimal places only. Bids will be opened according to scheduled timings on 08-06-2026 and 09-06-2026 in presence of bidder representatives. Competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under AJK PPRA Rules 2017.
