It Equipment Server Accessories Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of IT equipment virtual courts infrastructure and server room accessories through KPPRA E-PADS from eligible experienced and reputable firms registered with relevant tax authorities. Bidders are required to upload tenders through EPADS and submit physical hard copies before 10:30 AM on 02 June 2026 while opening will be conducted at 11:00 AM on the same day in Conference Room Judicial Complex Peshawar. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 25 May 2026 at 11:00 AM. Procurement is on turnkey basis including installation configuration compatibility testing and mandatory equipment demonstrations. Technical bids must include affidavit confirming original CDR placement in financial bid. Earnest money of 2% in favor of District and Sessions Judge Peshawar in shape of CDR is mandatory and rates must include all applicable government taxes. Bid validity shall remain effective until 30 June 2026 and detailed bid solicitation documents can be downloaded from EPADS and official court website.
