Procurement Of Sms Communication Bundle Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of SMS communication bundle services estimated at 1 lac SMS per month for financial year 2025-26 under KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 through single stage two envelope procedure. Sealed tenders are invited from firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and active on ATL of FBR. Proposals must be submitted through e-PADS by 05 June 2026 up to 10:30 hrs and technical proposals will be opened on the same date at 11:00 hrs in Conference Room CPO Peshawar. Tender documents and specifications are available from official police website KPPRA website e-PADS and office of DIG Finance and Procurement against non-refundable fee of Rs. 500. Bid security of 2% from scheduled bank is mandatory along with 10% performance security from successful bidders. Rates must be quoted in Pak Rupees inclusive of all taxes duties and charges with validity until 30 June 2027. Delivery period shall be 90 days or as per contract agreement.
