Construction Of Bus Stop Shelters For Electric Buses Tender Notice
Description
Establishment and construction of bus stop shelters for electric buses within jurisdiction of District Council Hafizabad through e-PADS from contractors firms manufacturers and authorized dealers registered with FBR PRA PPRA and possessing valid PEC license category C-5 or above. Procurement shall be conducted under single stage one envelope procedure and all e-bids must be uploaded in PDF format through EPADS. Bid security amounting to Rs. 2,143,092 in shape of CDR bank guarantee demand draft or pay order in favour of District Council Hafizabad is mandatory and original instrument must be submitted before submission deadline. E-bids must be submitted by 01 June 2026 at 11:00 AM and opening will be conducted at 11:30 AM on the same day. Bids will remain valid for 120 days and corrupt unreadable conditional or virus infected submissions shall be rejected. Procuring authority reserves right to reject proposals under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 Rule 35.
