Judicial Buildings Construction Maintenance Tender Notice
Description
Construction of judicial rest house in judicial colony Kasur renovation repair and maintenance of public sector colleges including Government Graduate College Women Chunian and special repair and maintenance of elevators at judicial complex Kasur through EPADS under Punjab PPRA e-tendering system. Procurement is open to contractors and firms enlisted with PEC in relevant categories and specialization codes including ME03(i) for elevator maintenance works. Bid documents DNIT and BOQ are available on EPADS and PPRA websites. Earnest money in shape of CDR bank draft or cashier cheque at 5% of estimated cost is mandatory and original instrument must be submitted before bid closing. E-bids must be submitted by 03 June 2026 till 01:00 PM and opening will be conducted at 01:30 PM on the same day. Conditional or incomplete bids shall be rejected and performance guarantee shall apply under PPRA Rules.
