Procurement of security services janitorial services repair and maintenance of refrigeration air conditioning items repair and maintenance of CCTV cameras internet services medicines surgical disposable medical devices and chemicals for year 2026-27 through E-PADS under PPRA Rules 2014 using single stage two envelope procedure. Eligible manufacturers firms companies sole proprietors general order suppliers and service providers registered with PPRA may participate. Original bid security ranging from 1% to 2% of estimated price in shape of bank guarantee call deposit demand draft or pay order is mandatory before tender opening. E-bids must be submitted through Punjab EPADS before 10:00 AM on 02 June 2026 and opening will be conducted at 10:30 AM on the same day. Technical and financial bids must comply with instructions in bidding documents and procuring agency shall not be responsible for technical or internet failures affecting submissions.
