Replacement Storage Surveillance Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of replacement hard drives CCTV camera equipment lacquer polishing works and allied maintenance activities through E-Tendering under PPRA rules on item rate basis. Procurement includes replacement of storage devices surveillance camera items and lacquer polishing of VIP and executive rooms under approved DNIT. Only prequalified contractors possessing valid PEC license with relevant specialization codes are eligible to participate. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS and original earnest money equal to 2 percent of estimated cost in shape of CDR bank draft or cashiers cheque must be submitted before bid closing time otherwise bids shall not be entertained. Conditional tenders and bids without earnest money shall be rejected. Online bids will be opened at 11:30 AM in presence of authorized representatives.
