Annual contracts for repair maintenance and operation services of air compressors - CT scan machines - anesthesia machines - DR systems - hemodialysis machines - mammography machine - MRI machines - R.O plant systems - ventilator machines and CSSD machinery including all types of parts installed in different hospital departments through EPADS under single stage two envelope procedure. Eligible service providers manufacturers sole agents and authorized agents registered with relevant authorities and tax departments may participate. Technical and financial proposals must include brand and model details. Bid security at 2% of estimated cost is mandatory in shape of bank draft bank guarantee CDR demand draft pay order or banker cheque. Original bid security must be submitted before opening time. Bid validity shall remain 180 days. Bids submitted online shall be opened in the presence of bidder representatives. Corrupt unreadable or wrongly submitted bids shall be rejected. Procurement shall be governed under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Procurement Regulations 2024.
