Repair And Maintenance Of Air Conditioners Tender Notice
Description
Provide repair and maintenance services for old air conditioners ranging from 1 ton to 16 ton including compatible refrigerant gas supply for Allied Hospital-I Faisalabad during Summer Season 2026. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 through E-PADS. Eligible manufacturers sole agents and authorized agents registered with relevant authorities and tax departments may participate. Total estimated procurement cost is Rs. 9,775,000/- with bid security amounting to Rs. 195,500/- equal to 2% of estimated cost. E-bids shall be submitted online with technical proposal and acceptable bid security before deadline and opened on same day through E-PADS. Corrupt unreadable or incorrect submissions shall be rejected and bid validity shall remain 90 days.
