Advertising Agencies Media Campaign Services Prequalification Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of advertising agencies for media campaign and advertising services for the period 2026-2028 including engagement of APNS and PBA accredited agencies having head offices in Karachi. Interested firms must submit mandatory requirements along with prequalification application through PPRA EPADS e-procurement system only. Proposals must be duly filled signed and stamped and submitted electronically. Proposals will be opened publicly 30 minutes after submission time in the presence of authorized representatives. Firms meeting the eligibility and evaluation criteria mentioned in the Terms of Reference will be shortlisted for further evaluation. In case of holiday the opening process will be conducted on the next working day at the same time. Pro Tip: Ensure all mandatory documents and EPADS registration requirements are completed before online submission to avoid rejection during technical evaluation.
