Construction Of Midwifery School Facilities Tender Notice
Description
Construction and establishment of school for midwifery at DHDCs and selected THQ hospitals at District Vehari through EPADS under single stage single envelope bidding procedure. Tenders are invited from Pakistan Engineering Council registered engineering companies firms joint ventures and contractors in relevant category C-6 and above for year 2025-26. Contractors must upload earnest money amounting to 5 percent of estimated cost in favor of Executive Engineer Buildings Division Vehari through EPADS and submit original CDR before opening time. Financial bids must include item wise quoted rates and complete rate analysis according to PPRA circular requirements. Bids will be received and opened on 2026-06-04 with submission closing at 1330 hours and opening at 1400 hours in presence of Tender Opening Committee. Successful bidder shall furnish 10 percent performance guarantee within 15 days if contract exceeds Rs. 50 million. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids under PPRA Rule 35.
