Description
Procurement of electronics items IT and electronics equipment office furniture and stationery items for Misali Gaon Project head office and site offices under framework contract arrangements through single stage two envelope procurement procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible manufacturers authorized dealers and sellers registered with relevant tax and registration authorities are invited to submit electronic technical and financial bids through EPADS along with physical submission of bid securities. Procurement includes electronics equipment office furniture and stationery supplies for project implementation under Annual Development Plan 2025-26. Bid securities include PKR 588,000 for electronics items PKR 1,884,000 for IT and electronics equipment PKR 516,000 for office furniture and PKR 687,000 for stationery items in the form of CDR bank guarantee demand draft or pay order. Brand new and original goods are required to be supplied within 15 days from issuance of purchase order otherwise earnest money shall be forfeited and firm may be blacklisted. E-bids must be submitted by 02:00 PM on June 01 2026 and bids will be opened at 02:30 PM on the same day.
