Procurement of laboratory and robotics equipment for establishment of Makerspace Punjab under single stage two envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Procurement includes humanoid robot robotics lab setup on turnkey basis robotics lab accessories and quadcopter lab accessories with fixed bid securities for each lot. Estimated costs include PKR 10,000,000 for humanoid robot PKR 11,900,000 for robotics lab setup PKR 2,000,000 for robotics accessories and PKR 3,500,000 for quadcopter accessories. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately through EPADS by June 04 2026 at 11:00 AM and bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Interested bidders must provide income tax and sales tax registration documents and ensure signed stamped and complete electronic submissions. Pro Tip: Submit lot wise complete proposals with all registration documents and fixed bid security requirements.
