Rental Buildings Nrc Establishment Hiring Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of rental buildings for establishment of additional NRCs in Lahore Gujranwala and Sialkot through e-PADS under Single Stage-Two Envelope procurement procedure. Buildings ranging from 2500 to 4000 square feet are required on rent for at least 10 years at specified locations. Only bidders registered with Income Tax departments and active taxpayers list of FBR are eligible while blacklisted parties are not eligible. Original refundable bid security of Rs. 10,000/- in shape of CDR Bank Guarantee Demand Draft or Pay Order must be submitted before e-bid submission deadline. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted through e-PADS and incomplete conditional or nonresponsive bids will be rejected. Bid opening will be conducted at 11:30 AM. Bid validity period is 180 days with bid security amount mentioned as Rs. 90,000.00.
