Supply Of It Equipment Furniture And Stationery Tender Notice
Description
Supply of plant and machinery, IT equipment, hardware, stationery and furniture for Sessions Courts Mansehra including UPS with dry batteries, water dispensers, air conditioners, virtual court and virtual point systems, hard drives, SSDs, NAS, network switches, laptops, printers, legal size white paper, printer toners, photostat toners and revolving office chairs. Bidding shall be conducted through EPADS under single stage two envelope procedure for hardware, IT equipment and plant machinery while single stage procedure shall apply for furniture and stationery items. Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers registered with income tax and sales tax authorities and possess minimum three years experience as manufacturers or authorized dealers in Pakistan. Original bid security amounting to 3% in shape of CDR is mandatory. Samples shall be provided at opening time. Rates shall include all applicable taxes and remain valid until 30-06-2026. Quantities may increase or decrease according to departmental requirements and budget availability. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Suppliers should attach all FBR registration certificates and provide required product samples during bid opening to avoid rejection of bids.
