Provision Sms Communication Services Tender Notice
Description
Provision of SMS communication bundle services for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police Department including estimated one lac SMS per month under single stage two envelope procedure in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014. Bids are invited from firms registered with income tax and sales tax departments for financial year 2025-26. Technical proposals shall be opened in presence of procurement committee and bidder representatives. Bid security amounting to 2% of financial proposal in favor of Inspector General of Police Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is mandatory while successful bidder shall provide performance security of 10% of total contract value. Rates must be quoted in Pak Rupees inclusive of all taxes and duties and shall remain valid up to 30-06-2027. Delivery period shall be 90 days or as per contract agreement. Conditional bids shall not be entertained and all taxes shall be deducted according to government policy. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Service providers should ensure active ATL status with FBR and submit both technical and financial proposals through E-PADS before the submission deadline.
