Industrial Effluent Disposal Management Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of contractors and firms for managing disposal of industrial effluent at Rahim Yar Khan Industrial Estate under Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company through EPADS under Single Stage One Envelope basis according to Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Contract shall initially remain valid for one year and may be extended for another year upon satisfactory performance. Eligible firms registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax and appearing on active taxpayers list with relevant experience may participate. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS portal before 04-06-2026 at 03:00 PM and opened on same day at 03:30 PM. Bid security amounting to Rs.398191 in shape of bank guarantee, CDR, bank draft or pay order in favor of PIEDMC is mandatory and original security must be submitted before closing time. Incomplete or unsigned bids shall not be entertained. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Contractors should ensure timely submission of original bid security through post because failure to provide physical original before deadline may lead to rejection of electronic bid.
