Federal Employees Benevolent Fund and Group Insurance invites expressions of interest from professional consultancy firms for preparation of third party evaluation report covering financial performance governance institutional capacity operational performance benefits adequacy and impact assessment. Interested SECP registered firms with minimum fifteen years experience and expertise in HR finance actuarial studies governance and audits may apply. Procurement follows QCBS method under PPRA Rules 2004. EOI submissions through EPADS are due on 04-06-2026 before 11:30 AM and opening will occur at 12:00 noon.
