Dredging Desilting Rehabilitation Village Ponds Works Tender Notice
Description
Dredging desilting and rehabilitation of village ponds chappars within jurisdiction of District Council Narowal through open competitive bidding under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Firms registered with PEC and relevant income tax sales tax Punjab sales tax and professional tax departments may participate through E-PADS. Single stage single envelope procedure shall be adopted and bids must be uploaded in PDF format through E-PADS only. Bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost in shape of CDR is mandatory and original hard copy must be submitted before opening. Corrupt unreadable virus infected or conditional bids shall be rejected. Tendered rates shall be quoted in figures and words. Performance security up to 10% of work order amount may be required if quoted rates are more than 5% below estimated amount.
