Supply Installation Water Supply Hdpe Pipes Tender Notice
Description
Supply and installation of HDPE pipes for water supply network under provision of water supply and sanitation in Urban Area Development Authority District Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Phase I through EPADS under single stage two envelope system of KP PPRA Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must be registered with EPADS PEC KPRA FBR Provincial Enlistment Committee and UADA D I Khan for current year. Technical and financial bids shall be uploaded through EPADS with mandatory documentation and original bid security in shape of call deposit receipt favoring Director UADA D I Khan along with bidding document fee submitted physically before deadline. Technical bids shall be opened at 12:30 PM on 03 June 2026 while financial bids of technically responsive bidders shall be opened later. Clarifications may be communicated through EPADS before submission deadline. Bid validity period is 90 days and all government duties taxes and stamp duties shall apply. Pro Tip: Contractors should carefully follow technical evaluation criteria under clause 11.3 and ensure readable electronic uploads.
