Purchase Of M And R Store Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of M and R store items for QAMC and Allied Institutions Bahawalpur for the financial year 2026-27 on framework contract basis covering Lot No. 01 to 397. Sealed bids are invited from firms companies sole proprietors and general order suppliers registered with Income Tax Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax authorities. Procurement shall be processed through E-PADS under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure comprising technical and financial proposals in accordance with Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Estimated procurement cost is PKR 78,953,794 and bid security amount is PKR 1,579,076. Original earnest money equal to 2% of estimated quoted item value shall be submitted in favor of Principal QAMC and Allied Institutions Bahawalpur before closing time. Firms under disciplinary action blacklisted or declared defaulters are not eligible. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids under PPRA Rule 35 and quantities may increase or decrease subject to availability of funds. Tender closing and opening date is 10-06-2026 through E-PADS.
