Civil Courts Furniture Supply Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of furniture items for Civil Courts Mianwali including office tables - sofa sets five seater - revolving chairs for officers - office chairs poshish type - presiding chairs - computer chairs - and side book racks. E-bids are invited from authorized firms distributors and suppliers registered with E-PADS Sales Tax and Income Tax departments. Procurement shall be processed through Single Stage Single Envelope method under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 with technical and financial bids submitted together electronically through E-PADS. Bids must be submitted by 16-06-2026 till 10:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in presence of bidders. Bid security equal to 5% of bid value in shape of refundable bank call deposit is mandatory and original CDR must be produced before closing time otherwise bid shall not be considered. Successful supplier shall furnish additional 10% performance guarantee and 0.25% stamp duty. Warranty period for supplied items must not be less than one year and defective items must be repaired or replaced within 15 days at supplier risk and cost. Delivery of items must be completed within 15 days after issuance of supply order. Procuring authority reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities and reject all bids under PPRA Rules 2014.
