Motorcycle Loader Equipment Purchase Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of motorcycle loader for EC/S on FOR basis for PMAS Arid Agriculture University main campus. Sealed bids are invited from reputable and established firms companies sole proprietors general order suppliers and authorized distributors or resellers registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax departments having relevant experience and financial capability. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage One Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rule 38(1). Interested bidders are required to submit soft copy on E-PADS and hard copy in Directorate of Procurement and Inventory Control along with company profile client list and earnest money equal to 2% of estimated price in favor of Treasurer PMAS Arid Agriculture University Rawalpindi. Bids must be submitted by 04-06-2026 at 11:00 hours and will be opened on same day at 11:30 hours in presence of bidders. Successful bidder shall furnish performance security not exceeding 10% of contract price under PPRA Rule 56. Rates must remain valid for 90 days and conditional tenders shall not be accepted. Bidders must also provide affidavit confirming active tax payer status and non-blacklisting. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under PPRA Rule 35.
