Procurement of furniture articles for Civil Courts Okara including office tables - sofa sets five seater - office chairs poshish type - presiding revolving chairs - computer chairs - and side book racks through Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure. E-bids are invited from manufacturers experienced firms companies and general order suppliers registered with E-PADS and having active FBR Income Tax and General Sales Tax status. Estimated procurement cost is PKR 3,640,000 with bid security amounting to PKR 109,200 equal to 3% of estimated cost. Technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS by 04-06-2026 till 10:00 AM and shall be opened on same day at 10:30 AM in presence of bidders. Original bid security in shape of CDR bank guarantee demand draft or pay order in favor of Senior Civil Judge Civil Division Okara must also be submitted before closing time. Bidders may quote multiple lots but quoting all items within a lot is mandatory. Contract shall be awarded to technically responsive bidder quoting lowest lot-wise price.
