Outsourcing Laundry Services Contingency Agreement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for service level agreement of outsourcing laundry services in case of contingency for Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center. E-bids are invited from original manufacturers distributors partners and service providers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities under Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with PPRA 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Estimated amount of procurement is PKR 2,994,950 with bid security amount of PKR 59,899 equal to 2% of estimated amount in shape of CDR Bank Guarantee Demand Draft or Pay Order. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS by 09-06-2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in presence of bidder representatives. Pre-bid meeting shall be held on 01-06-2026 at 11:00 AM in Supply Chain Conference Hall. Bid validity period is 180 days from opening date. Procurement documents are available free of cost on PKLI website PPRA website and E-Procure portal. Procuring agency shall not be responsible for technical or internet submission failures.
