Description
Procurement of electronics and IT equipment for Deputy Commissioner Office Pakpattan including deep freezer double door units - air conditioners 1.5 ton - computers with 17 inch LCD minimum i7 specifications with printers - photocopy machine - and high resolution camera with complete accessories. E-bids are invited from firms companies sole proprietors and general order suppliers registered with Income Tax Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments in accordance with E-Procurement Regulations 2024 and Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Estimated procurement cost is PKR 2,050,000 with cumulative bid security amount of PKR 102,500. Original CDR in favor of Deputy Commissioner Pakpattan is mandatory before submission deadline. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS by 06-06-2026 at 09:30 AM and shall be opened on same day at 10:30 AM.
