Annual framework contract for procurement of furniture articles for financial year 2025-2026 up to 30-06-2026 through E-PADS. District and Sessions Judge Mandi Bahauddin invites e-bids from reputed firms distributors dealers and suppliers registered with Sales Tax Income Tax Professional Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Estimated tender amount is PKR 3,644,000 with refundable bid security amount of PKR 182,200 equal to 5% of estimated cost. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure under Rule 38(1). E-bids must be submitted by 04-06-2026 at 09:00 AM and shall be opened same day at 09:30 AM. Original CDR must be deposited in Accounts Branch one day before submission deadline. Successful bidder shall furnish 10% performance guarantee and complete delivery within 45 days of supply order. One year warranty free replacement and maintenance are mandatory. Procuring authority reserves rights under Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014.
