Procurement of Histopathology Lab Consumables under framework contract for Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center Lahore through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under PPRA Rules 2014. Original manufacturers sole distributors importers and authorized representatives registered with tax authorities may participate. Estimated procurement value is PKR 42.89 million with bid security equal to 2% against each quoted item amount. E-bids shall be submitted through e-PADS by 10-06-2026 till 11:00 AM and opened same day at 11:30 AM. Original bid security in shape of CDR Bank Guarantee Demand Draft or Pay Order must be submitted at PKLI mail section on technical bid opening day during office hours. Bid validity period is 180 days.
