Description
Re-tender for procurement of Cryo Thawing Bath under bid reference PRO-290-2025 by Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center Lahore. Original manufacturers and sole distributors of foreign manufacturers registered with income tax and sales tax authorities are eligible to participate through Single Stage Two Envelope least-cost bidding procedure under PPRA Rules 2014. Estimated procurement amount is PKR 4,770,700 with mandatory bid security of PKR 95,414 equal to 2% of estimated amount. E-bids shall be submitted through e-PADS by 09-06-2026 till 11:00 AM and opened same day at 11:30 AM. Delivery terms are CPT PKLI Lahore. Original bid security in shape of CDR Bank Guarantee Demand Draft or Pay Order must be submitted at PKLI mail section ground floor Package A Building on technical opening day during office hours.
