Maintenance Repair Replacement Vehicle Parts Tender Notice

Office of Govt Special Education Centre Gujar Khan District Rawalpindi invites E-bids from well reputed and financially sound firms and contractors for maintenance repair and replacement of vehicle parts under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through EPADS. Procurement shall follow Single Stage Single Envelope method under Rule 38(a). Interested firms registered with Punjab Revenue Authority Federal Board of Revenue and EPADS may participate. E-bids shall be submitted by 05-06-2026 at 10:00 AM and opened same day at 10:30 AM in office of Headmaster Govt Special Education Centre Gujar Khan. Bid security in shape of CDR equal to 3% of estimated cost amounting to PKR 60,000 must be submitted before bid submission deadline. Successful bidder shall furnish performance guarantee equal to 5% of contract amount.
