Procurement Of It Equipment Hardware Tender Notice
Description
University of the Punjab invites sealed bids through EPADS from manufacturers authorized distributors sole distributors contractors and suppliers registered with GST and NTN for procurement of IT equipment hardware for NCAI PUCIT under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Estimated procurement cost is PKR 30.568 million with mandatory bid security of PKR 1,528,400 equal to 5% of estimated value. Only EPADS submissions shall be entertained and bidders must submit physical bid security before tender closing in Procurement Wing 2nd Floor Admin Block Quaid-e-Azam Campus Lahore. Complete scanned copy of bid must also be uploaded on EPADS. Bids must be submitted by 11-06-2026 till 10:30 AM and opened same day at 11:00 AM. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Electronic bids without physical submission of original bid security before closing time may be treated as non-responsive despite successful EPADS upload.
