Procurement of IT equipment under the project Bananas in Pakistan's Bioeconomy Transforming Waste into Textile funded through Global Environment Facility and Food and Agriculture Organization grant assistance - Electronic bids are invited from bidders registered on EPADS using Single Stage One Envelope procurement method under Clause 36(A) with Least Cost Selection method - Bid security in form of Bank Guarantee Pay Order Demand Draft or CDR is required with category wise amounts of Rs.175000 Rs.20000 and Rs.60000 - Scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded on EPADS while original bid security submitted before bid opening - Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS only and manual submissions shall not be entertained - Grievance Redressal Committee notification is available on EPADS procuring agency and PPRA websites - Pro Tip Short Paragraph: IT equipment suppliers should review category wise security requirements and ensure complete electronic submission compliance before deadline.
