Restoration and renovation works of Gurdwara Bhai Joga Singh Peshawar through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure - Eligible firms must possess Pakistan Engineering Council license category C-4 with PEC Code BC02 valid for year 2025-26 - Interested bidders may obtain bidding documents on payment of non-refundable tender fee and submission of written application with attested CNIC ATL certificate and PEC license or ETPB enlistment contractor documents - Bid security in form of Call Deposit from scheduled bank in favor of ETPB Board Lahore is mandatory - Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and opened in presence of bidder representatives - Additional performance security may be required if quoted amount is significantly unbalanced against estimate - Department reserves right to reject bids under PPRA Rules 2004 - Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Civil restoration contractors with heritage conservation experience should ensure valid PEC registration and complete bid security compliance before participation.
