Execution of works for establishment of integrated farming system in Kuchlak District Quetta under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure based on Composite Schedule Rates 2023 on percentage rates - Eligible bidders must be present on Active Taxpayer List registered with Balochistan Revenue Authority and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency - Bidders are required to demonstrate financial capacity turnover and successful completion of similar assignments including ongoing projects with satisfactory performance certificates - Bid security equal to 2 percent in form of bank guarantee or deposit at call is mandatory - Electronic bid submission through BPPRA EPPS system is compulsory and tenders will be opened electronically on same day - Affidavit regarding no conflict of interest litigation or nonperformance is mandatory - Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Agricultural infrastructure and civil works contractors should ensure compliance with BPPRA EPPS registration and technical eligibility conditions before participation.
