Supply installation commissioning and maintenance of neonatal equipment package for Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment and Research Lahore on DAP basis through EPADS under PPRA Rules 2004 - Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope open competitive bidding procedure with estimated cost of approximately PKR 24 million and bid security amounting to PKR 500000 - Interested bidders are required to register on EPADS for participation and submit technical and financial proposals electronically through EPADS only - Bid validity period shall remain 180 days and technical proposals shall be opened on same day after submission deadline - Detailed requirements terms conditions and scope of work are available on EPADS and PPRA websites - Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Healthcare equipment suppliers should ensure complete EPADS registration and compliance with maintenance and commissioning requirements before proposal submission.
