Procurement and installation of server for CFMIS under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure of KP PPRA Rules 2014 from manufacturers or authorized dealers suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax and reflected on Active Taxpayer List of FBR - Bid security equal to 2 percent of quoted value in shape of Call Deposit Receipt in favor of Senior Civil Judge is mandatory and affidavit confirming placement of bid security in financial bid is required - Technical and financial bids must be uploaded through EPADS separately - Delivery and installation of server shall be completed within seven days of issuance of supply order - Pro Tip Short Paragraph: IT infrastructure suppliers should ensure readable EPADS uploads and timely server installation to avoid non responsive status.
