Hiring and provision of security and surveillance items services installation maintenance control room establishment and online services for Muharram ul Harram Chehlum Hazrat Imam Hussain and Eid Milad un Nabi events through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 - Eligible manufacturers distributors authorized dealers firms and companies registered with tax authorities may participate - Original bid security amounting to 5 percent of estimated cost in favor of Additional Deputy Commissioner F&P is mandatory and scanned copy shall also be uploaded on EPADS - Bid validity period is 120 days and performance guarantee equal to 5 percent shall be furnished by successful bidder - Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Security and surveillance service providers should ensure complete EPADS submissions and timely delivery of original bid security instruments.
