Framework contract for bulk purchase of medicines surgical disposables surgical sutures surgical dressing cotton gauze bandages and dental material for financial year 2026-27 through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 amended - Sealed bids are invited from manufacturers sole agents importers and firms having technical financial and managerial capabilities - Bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated price is mandatory and samples of quoted items shall be received on specified date - Technical and financial proposals must be uploaded on EPADS and signing stamping of each page is mandatory - Pre bid meeting shall be conducted before bid opening and bid validity period is 180 days - Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Pharmaceutical and surgical suppliers should prepare complete EPADS submissions with properly labeled technical and financial proposals and item samples.
