Shiv Mandir Conservation Renovation Surrounding Improvement Tender Notice
Description
Conservation and renovation works inside Shiv Mandir Hamitya and improvement of surrounding areas in District Bahawalpur including heritage and monument restoration activities. Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in C-6 category and above with specialized codes BC-02 and CE-10 and heritage monument experience are eligible. Single stage two envelope bidding procedure shall be adopted with separate technical and financial proposals uploaded on EPADS. Contractors must upload scanned copies of technical bid financial bid and bid security amounting to 2 percent of estimated cost through scheduled bank CDR. Original CDR must be submitted before closing time on tender opening date. Online item rates submission is mandatory and manual bids shall not be accepted. Bid opening will take place on the same day at 02:30 PM. Procurement shall follow PPRA Rules 2014 amended version. Pro Tip: Ensure EPADS registration and upload all mandatory bid security and technical documents before deadline to avoid disqualification.
