Special Repair Berm Improvement Road Works Tender Notice
Description
Special repair and road berm improvement works including repair of road from Sardarpur to Kot Hakim Khan near Al-Faisal Public School and improvement of berms along both sides of roads in Bhera City Canal Colony Bhera and Lokri Kahoot Road Bhera District Sargodha. Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council having valid PEC license for financial year 2025-26 are eligible to participate through Punjab PPRA E-Tendering System. Earnest money amounting to 5 percent of estimated cost in shape of CDR is mandatory and original CDR must be furnished before bid opening otherwise uploaded bids shall be treated as non-responsive. Lowest evaluated bidder shall submit 10 percent performance guarantee in approved financial instrument form. Contractors must quote item wise rates and total amounts electronically through PPRA portal. Rigid pavement work shall use concrete batching plant and paving machine while TST DST surfacing shall be executed through mechanized system. Procuring agency may reject bids under PPRA Rule 35. Pro Tip: Submit complete BOQ rates and original CDR before opening time to avoid rejection and ensure compliance with PPRA rules.
