Procurement Of Horticulture Lawn Furniture Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of horticulture lawn furniture from suppliers distributors manufacturers and authorized dealers registered with FBR for income tax and sales tax and appearing on active taxpayer list. Procurement shall be conducted under PPRA Rules 2014 amended version using single stage one envelope procedure through EPADS portal. Bidding documents are available free of cost on PPRA Board of Management Sundar Industrial Estate and EPADS websites. Bid security amounting to 2 percent of estimated cost in shape of bank guarantee CDR bank draft or pay order in favour of PIEDMC Sundar Industrial Estate is mandatory and original instrument must be submitted in BOM-SIE office before bid opening date. Incomplete unsigned unstamped or late bids submitted through other modes shall not be considered. Procuring authority may reject bids under PPRA Rule 35. Pro Tip: Upload signed and stamped bid documents on EPADS and dispatch original bid security before opening deadline to ensure responsiveness.
