Installation Of Hybrid Solar Energy Systems Tender Notice
Description
Installation of 64 units of 4-KW hybrid solar energy systems for courts and allied offices at Judicial Complex Sargodha Shahpur Sahiwal Silanwali Bhera Bhalwal and Kotmomin through e-tendering under Punjab Procurement Rules. Procurement shall follow single stage two envelope procedure with separate technical and financial bids submitted through EPADS. Eligible bidders including firms and joint ventures must possess valid PEC C-3 or above registration with relevant EE-11 solar energy code. Bid security amounting to 5 percent of estimated cost in favour of District and Sessions Judge Sargodha is mandatory and refundable. Successful bidder shall submit 10 percent performance guarantee at issuance of work order. Procurement process including acceptance and rejection shall be governed under PPRA Rules. Pro Tip: Submit both electronic and hard copies of technical and financial bids along with PEC EE-11 credentials before submission deadline.
