Hybrid Solarization Systems For District Courts Bahawalnagar Tender Notice
Description
Procurement installation and conversion of hybrid solarization systems for District Courts Bahawalnagar including 35 hybrid off-grid systems and conversion of 2 on-grid systems into hybrid solar systems for financial year 2025-2026. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Bids must be submitted electronically fully completed signed and stamped before closing deadline. Original bid security amounting to 2 percent of estimated cost shall be submitted physically in sealed envelope addressed to District and Sessions Judge Bahawalnagar. Bidders must not be blacklisted or debarred by District and Sessions Judge Bahawalnagar. Procuring agency shall not bear any cost incurred during preparation and delivery of bids.
