Civil Secretariat Renovation Lahore Tender Notice
Description
Communication and Works Department invites e-tenders for renovation alteration and improvement works in Punjab Civil Secretariat Lahore including ACS Admin Office Public Prosecution Building and Law Department buildings. Procurement shall follow PPRA Rule 38 single stage two envelope procedure through EPADS. Contractors enlisted with PEC in relevant category and specialization code CE10 may participate. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted separately with earnest money equal to 2 percent of estimated cost. Financial bids shall be opened after technical evaluation publication on EPADS. Pro Tip: Ensure valid PEC category and specialization code CE10 are uploaded with technical proposal to qualify for evaluation.
