Government College University Lahore invites electronic bids through EPADS from registered general order suppliers, manufacturers and firms for procurement of gymnastics floor sheet and gymnastics mattress under single stage two envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated cost in shape of CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft or pay order is mandatory. Original bid security instrument must be submitted physically before bid closing date. Bidders are required to quote rates for each and every item otherwise the bid shall be treated as nonresponsive. Pro Tip: Ensure cumulative rates for all items in the package are quoted because evaluation will be based on total package cost.
