Supply And Installation Of Court Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Supply and installation of IT equipment hardware plant and machinery and office home furniture for District and Sessions Court Dir Lower under KPPRA Rules 2014. Procurement includes technical and financial proposals through Single Stage One Envelope and Single Stage Two Envelope procedures. Eligible firms registered with relevant tax authorities having active taxpayer status valid business registration and relevant experience may participate. Bidders are required to submit samples wherever applicable for examination during bid opening. Bid security amounting to 2 percent of bid cost in shape of call deposit or bank guarantee from a scheduled bank is mandatory. Successful bidders must complete supply and installation within 15 days after issuance of supply order otherwise earnest money shall be forfeited. Late bids shall not be entertained and competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under KPPRA Rules 2014.
